Team Building

At Targett, we believe there has to be effective communication and collaboration between members of a team for it to work well. Team Building doesn’t happen naturally. Each team is individual and has its own needs that should be addressed accordingly.

For our own workshops we use the unique core inspiration principles of the Arts within a learning-while-having-fun context. We have designed them to focus on improving productivity, motivation and effectiveness, while developing and supporting individual and group creativity. After all, the Arts have proven to have a unique way to inspire and engage people - our exclusive workshops are everything but classroom sessions be it painting, sculpture or music. Our workshops are managed by professional and recognised artists who have given our clients an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Through creative tasks and challenges involving shared leadership roles and collective responsibility, team members have the opportunity to experience the creative process and work together toward a common goal, typically a piece of art that can be displayed in the workplace which acts as a constant reminder of team success.
